This beautiful and intimate retreat is truly one of a kind, held in a breathtaking location just over an hour from Sydney. Whether you are a long-time Spirit Club member or joining us for the first time, this weekend is designed to nurture your body, mind, heart, and spirit. This retreat offers space to rest, reset, reconnect, and realign – supported by spirit, surrounded by like-minded souls, and held in a safe and welcoming environment.

This retreat is open to all levels, from complete beginners through to advanced practitioners.

Bowen Mountain Retreat is approximately 80 minutes from Sydney CBD by car.
Public Transport
Richmond is the nearest train station.
From Richmond Station, guests can catch the 680 bus to Serpentine Lane, Bowen Mountain.
The venue is a short walk from the bus stop.
Accommodation & Pricing
Accommodation options are available at the Spirit Club Retreat in Bowen Mountain to suit different needs and preferences. You may choose between a private room, a shared room, or a couples / bed-share option (with discounted pricing available for shared accommodation). Children aged 16 and over are welcome to attend with a parent.

Focus Energy Massage: Each guest receives a one-hour Focus Energy Massage — a powerful and restorative treatment designed to realign your energy, release tension, and support deep physical and energetic relaxation. Matt offers a guided healing massage tailored to your individual needs. Using intuitive touch, oils, and crystals, his sessions support the release of pain, stress, and energetic tension, leaving you feeling refreshed and deeply relaxed.
Human Design Session or Reiki Healing: As part of your retreat experience, you will receive either a personal Human Design session or a Reiki healing session, depending on your preference and availability. Discover Who You Truly Are with a Human Design Session: A Human Design session offers insight into how your unique energy is designed to move through the world. During this one-hour session, you will gain clarity around your natural strengths, intuitive gifts, and decision-making style. This session supports self-understanding, empowerment, and alignment — both personally and professionally.
Magnesium Pool: Guests are welcome to enjoy the sparkling magnesium pool, surrounded by lush tropical gardens. This space offers gentle relaxation and physical restoration between sessions.
Ionic Foot Detox: The Ionic Foot Detox is a powerful yet gentle cleansing treatment that supports the body in releasing toxins and stored energetic blockages through the feet. An Ionic Foot Detox draws toxins out of the body through the pores of the feet using warm water and a specialised ionising array. As ions flow through the water, impurities, heavy metals, and stored energetic blockages are released.
